Beautifully aromatic and fresh evoking ripe peach, apricot and grape nuances; the fortification is first class as it is barely noticeable which enhances the floral notes. The palate delivers perfect balance and harmony with the rich ripe, clean fresh sweet pineapple, mango and apricot flavors and the glycerol of the fortification, lovely finesse and acidity. Perfectly suited to fruit based desserts, crème brûlée & is delicious with Roquefort or a mild goats cheese.
