The palate delivers perfect balance and harmony with the rich ripe, clean fresh sweet pineapple, mango and apricot flavors and the glycerol of the fortification, lovely finesse and acidity. Perfectly suited to fruit based desserts, crème brûlée & is delicious with Roquefort or a mild goats cheese.
